Final Forms and Sports Physicals
A sports physical exam is required for participation. Every student must have a current physical on file in Final Forms. Please plan to have your student complete a sports physical by the end of June.
Final Forms will open around the end of May for Marching Band and Color Guard physicals to be uploaded. Watch this space for info.

OHSAA 2025-26 Sports Physical Forms - HERE
Print these out, pre-fill out the information, and take these forms to your student's exam for the provider to complete.
Reminder to 8th grade students: you must pick OTHER as your sport in Final Forms. The option for Marching Band is not available.
Cut Time
Once you register your student for Marching Band and Color Guard, we will create your account in Cut Time. You can sign in to make payments, sign up to volunteer, stay up to date with announcements and messages, and keep track of events.

You can also use the Cost Sharing feature in CutTime to request payments from grandparents, family, and friends. Grandparents don't always know what to get their grandchildren; Offer them the opportunity to give the gift of Band!
Parent Volunteering Information
Volunteer to help the Marching Band and Color Guard. Volunteering counts towards the 16+1 requirement and helps keep your fees low.
