These services take fees in some situations; the money received by the club after any fees will be credited to your account.
Cash/Check/Money Order:
Place it in a SEALED envelope and LABELED with your student's name, then hand it to the FMC Treasurer, Bob Agard. If you don't know who he is, you should. Your account will be updated in CutTime within 48 hours, typically.
Do not, under any circumstances, hand the check to your child to hand to the directors. It will take eons to get to the treasurer, if it gets there at all. It will be notably faster to mail your check (See Below).
Bill Pay/Check by Mail:
Please mail a check or money order, NO CASH, to Fairborn Music Club P.O. Box 966 Fairborn, OH 45324. Include your student's name. The treasurer checks the PO box once a week, and this is a reliable (if not the fastest) method to pay by check.
The FMC incurs a $25 fee for checks returned with insufficient funds. If you bounce a check, your account will be charged to cover this fee, and we will no longer accept checks for payment on your account. Don't be that guy.
The Fairborn Music Club does not accept post-dated checks.
Use the Cost Sharing feature in CutTime to request payments from grandparents, family, and friends. Grandparents don't always know what to get their grandchildren; Offer them the opportunity to give the gift of Band!
