Fairborn Music Club

The Fairborn Music Club (FMC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that promotes and assists the activities of the Fairborn City Schools (FCS) Music Departments, its students, and the directors. The FMC will endeavor to sponsor and support, within the limits of financial ability, all Music Department activities. The FMC strives to continually support the students, directors and families of the FCS in their goal to achieve the highest standards of music education and music performance; facilitate the musical enrichment of the student membership of Fairborn Schools and promoting the place and value of music in our community and the significant role music plays in the cultural, intellectual, and social lives of our children; and foster fellowship and goodwill among its members and provide its membership with opportunities for personal growth and leadership.

The Music Directors will provide strategic direction from the music departments on an annual basis that are consistent to the FCS principles to help guide the financial planning of the FMC.

The FMC assists the Marching Band and Color Guard in funding music, equipment, uniforms, clinicians, entry fees, competition expenses, and consultant fees not regularly provided for by the Fairborn City School District budget.

The FMC meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 7pm. All parents are welcome to attend.
